Set within a reimagined carbon-neutral precinct, this new Headquarters building at Brays Bay is designed as a benchmark for the next generation of sustainable workplaces. Large, connected floorplates respond to the needs of technology-driven tenants, while the building itself prioritises wellness, innovation, and connection to the natural environment. Garden terraces, balconies, and open-air spaces blur the boundary between indoors and out, offering access to fresh air, expansive views of Brays Bay and the city beyond, and a direct link to Rhodes Train Station via the newly established Blaxland Avenue.

More than just a workplace, the building is a response to the shifting values of our time—a move away from consumption toward regeneration. This is a place where cutting-edge technology and sustainability co-exist, where design supports healthier ways of working and living. As the first piece of a broader masterplan, the project sets a bold tone for a new type of urban neighbourhood—one that brings together people, nature and innovation to create a workplace that is as conscious as it is connected.
