The Bond is a six-storey engineered timber office building located 30km from Sydney, offering 10,500m² of commercial office space, health facilities, childcare, and ground-floor retail. As the first of three buildings in a new food and beverage precinct, The Bond represents a fresh approach to suburban architecture.

Built on historically significant land of the Darug Nation, the design draws inspiration from the area’s rich past and responds to the pressing environmental challenges of today.

Unlike typical suburban developments, which often prioritize cost over quality, The Bond showcases innovative, sustainable design through the use of engineered timber, reducing its carbon footprint while maintaining a strong aesthetic connection to the site’s history.

The project proves that sustainable architecture in suburban business parks is not only possible but also financially viable, setting a new standard for future developments.
